L idée :

Les TNI (tableaux numériques interactifs) se répandent de plus en plus dans les écoles et tendent à se standardiser. Il s agit là d’un grand champ ouvert pour les éditeurs d application.
L idée est donc de mettre sur pied une agence spécialisée dans la création d’applications pour TNI

Le fonctionnement : À la manière d une startup ou d’une web agency.
Dans un premier temps la méthode agile peut être adoptée pour permettre des livraisons plus rapides.

Une activité connexe de dépannage de TNI peut également être mise en place.

Sources de revenus : la vente d application , la maintenance…

Difficultés: trouver les premiers clients, trouver un positionnement tarifaire correct…
