L’idée : Un scooter electrique se basant sur le principe d’un Velib’

Le fonctionnement : Plusieurs bornes disposant des scooters electriques utilisables grace a un permis B, A ou BSR. On prend le scooter pour une durée variable (0-3h) grace a un abonement ou ticket acheté au préalable. Un top-case se rait installé ainsi qu’un casque qui serait dissimulé sous le siège. Pour l’hiver, la selle serait chauffante, et un hard top pourrait etre monté.

Investissement de départ : très elevé (bornes+scooter)

Risques : etude réaliser avant afin de mesurer le risque de bide :p

Originalité : Aucun organisme ne propose un tel service

Revenu potentiel : Elevé
