RippleNami follows a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) subscription business model. Revenue is based on a traditional Pay-Per-Multiple-User pricing model. A separate per-user cost is incurred for a specified number of employees in a tiered pricing plan. Volunteers and those serviced by organizations are not charged. Contracts range from 1-3 year terms with evergreen clauses. Total contract value is payable up front, upon implementation of the product.
